By registering on SurvivaCash, you confirm that you:
- Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
- Are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
- Have provided accurate and truthful information during registration.
2. Investment Plans
- SurvivaCash offers six investment plans: Starter (N5,000), Standard (N10,000), Premium (N20,000), Silver (N50,000), Gold (N100,000), and Platinum (N200,000).
- Users must select an investment plan to activate their affiliate dashboard and referral link.
- Investment plans are non-refundable once purchased.
3. Affiliate Program
3.1 Referral Commissions
- Affiliates earn 50% commission on the investment amount of each referred user.
- To qualify for commissions, affiliates must refer users who invest in the same plan as theirs.
Example:
- If you are on the Starter Plan (N5,000), you can only earn commissions when your referrals also choose the Starter Plan.
- If a referral invests in a different plan, such as Standard (N10,000) or Premium (N20,000), your commission for that referral will be rejected.
3.2 Multiple Accounts
- Affiliates are allowed to create multiple accounts to accommodate different plans. This ensures they can promote various plans and earn commissions accordingly.
3.3 Contest Participation
- Affiliates may participate in periodic contests offering additional bonuses for achieving referral milestones. Contest rules and bonus structures are detailed during each contest period.
4. Rules and Regulations
- All users must provide accurate registration details and payment information.
- Misrepresentation, fraud, or the use of bots or fake accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates must refer only genuine users who meet the platform’s requirements.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring their referrals align with their investment plan.
Violations of these rules may result in:
- Rejection of referral commissions.
- Forfeiture of bonuses and earnings.
- Suspension or permanent termination of your account.
5. Withdrawal Policy
5.1 Eligibility
- Earnings from affiliate commissions are credited immediately after successful transactions by referred users.
- Withdrawals can only be made from your available balance. Pending or unverified earnings cannot be withdrawn.
5.2 Withdrawal of Affiliate Earnings
- Regular affiliate earnings (50% commissions) can be withdrawn at any time.
- A minimum withdrawal amount of N5,000 is imposed on all users.
5.3 Withdrawal of Bonuses
- Bonuses earned from contests or promotions are paid only at the end of the contest period, after all verifications.
5.4 Processing Time and Fees
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. However, contest bonuses may take up to 5 business days.
- SurvivaCash does not charge withdrawal fees, but external payment processors may impose transaction charges.
5.5 Fraud Prevention
- Withdrawals flagged for suspicious activity will be reviewed and may be delayed or denied if violations are detected.
6. Termination of Account
- SurvivaCash reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.
- Terminated accounts forfeit all earnings and bonuses.
7. Disclaimer
- SurvivaCash aims to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Earnings depend on individual participation and referral efforts.
- Users should invest responsibly and understand that all investments carry inherent risks.
8. Limitation of Liability
- SurvivaCash is not liable for any losses resulting from user errors, including but not limited to incorrect payment details, non-compliance with rules, or misuse of the platform.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- SurvivaCash reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
